The system
before the frame.
Skeeva. Visual Systems Director. Ten years of CGI, 3D and digital fashion, now directing AI-native production with pipeline discipline. This document is drawn, not written: the system, dimensioned.

Five stages. One law: nothing ungated ships.
Clients hear "AI" and picture typing and praying. This studio runs on consistency engineered as a pipeline property, imported from a decade of CGI. The language is locked before the first frame exists; every output faces a hard verdict before it moves. Select a stage to view its plate.
Watch a batch face the gate.
A simulation of the real thing. Generation produces candidates; the gate produces the film. Every plate is stamped GREEN, TWEAK, REGEN or KILL against the locked system. Only GREEN moves downstream.
Systems that shipped.
Seven production records across fashion, film, worlds and tools. Different dialects, one language. Each entry is a system first and a deliverable second.
What this buys an agency.
Three seats in one hire. None compete with a craft roster: they arm it.
Role 01
Standalone director
AI-native films and brand pieces, directed end to end: from decoded visual language to master cut, stills, social kit and site. One system, every deliverable.
Role 02
Augmentation layer
A seat beside the CGI bench: lookdev acceleration, concept frames, hybrid CGI and AI passes. Makes the existing directors faster.
Role 03
Pitch weapon
Finished-looking worlds at pitch speed, in the client's own visual language. Your team walks in with frames while others bring mood boards.
"AI output is inconsistent and off-brand."
Consistency is engineered: style locks, reference anchors, character bibles that hold identity across a hundred shots.
"AI work can't be scheduled or budgeted."
Gated batch production with predictable revision paths, run on producer logic. A VFX supervisor would recognise every step.
"We can't put our name on AI."
Bespoke visual language, documented process, every frame gated by a human director. No style scraping, no prompt roulette.
"So... CGI or AI?"
Both, without religion. Ten years on one side, fluency on the other: hybrid pipelines pick the right tool per shot.
A world built like a ledger.
PENANCE ENGINE is an original dark-industrial IP in development. A dead world where one institution survived by discovering that suffering still turns a wheel, and built an economy on it. Iron worn on skin is sin made visible. The detail below is read from the project bible.
The craft came first.
Skeeva spent ten years making images the slow way: CGI, 3D and digital fashion, modeling, lighting and rendering frames by hand for brands and studios. That decade is the point. He knows what a good frame costs, so he refuses to gamble for one.
Today he works as a Visual Systems Director. Every project starts before generation: a visual language decoded from the brief, hardened into a design system, produced in controlled batches, gated frame by frame. Every project ships twice: the film, and the system that made it. The system stays with the brand.
